Refund Policy


It’s my goal to offer my customers great opportunities throughout the year to access time-tested, proven teaching and resources from Laurie Morella Enterprises, Laurie Morella, ActorTrainingInLA.  Everyday of the year, I aim to give my contacts and customers a wide range of offers on physical and digital products. However, as a company founded on integrity, I never want you to feel hoodwinked or excluded from a promotional price on an item you recently purchased. 


In the case that you purchase a digital product from Laurie Morella’s Online Courses or Products and see a lower promotional price within 10 days of your purchase, I will refund you the difference of your purchase in order to ensure that you’re receiving the best price. (Although currently at this time I do not offer any promotional discounts for my products, this is here just in case I offer them in the future.)

In order to receive this partial refund, please contact my team at my contact form at with the following:

  1. Attached proof of the lower promotional price you discovered through communications from or or Laurie Morella Enterprises personal social media accounts
  2. A date-stamped receipt of your original purchase that shows the amount you paid.

This partial refund does not apply to prices or products on, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, other online retailers, our affiliate websites, or local stores.

REFUND POLICY for Online Course or Digital Products:

If you’re not satisfied with an online course or digital product from Laurie Morella Enterprises, first and foremost, I want you to know I am here to serve you. I aspire to do my best to exceed expectations and provide excellence in your learning and development as a person.  That’s why I want to give you plenty of time to decide what’s working for you and what’s not.

Your request should meet the following requirements to receive a refund:

  • You have 30 days after the date of purchase to request a full refund.
  • NOTE: After the 30-day period has passed a partial refund may be requested on a case- by-case basis.
  • I ask that you complete at least three modules AND do the required work assignments and uploads if required, and read any accompanying notes (if available) before determining whether you’d like a refund.
  • I ask that you provide our Customer Experience Team with a written explanation of the reason for your refund request and why it is not working for you.  Please be as detailed as you can so I can understand your concern and so I may improve my products offerings if applicable.

This refund does not apply to prices or products on, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, other online retailers, affiliate sites, or local stores.

REFUND POLICY for Live Event Tickets:

LIVE Events

Tickets to Event tickets are non-refundable upon purchase but are transferable to another person to attend the event at any time prior to the event, but you must email my team so we can take of the transfer; please use my contact form at Furthermore, the price at which tickets are purchased cannot be partially refunded in the event a promotional price is offered more than 10 days after the initial ticket purchase.

Refunds / Transfer for Live Events

Should you need to cancel, full refunds will be given for cancellations submitted via email before 30 days of the event date.  After that, no refunds will be given for cancellation, but we will allow attendees to transfer their spot to another individual at any time until 30 days prior to the event.
